We do extensions, refurbishment & renovations, new builds and everything in-between! We’ve been developing properties for over 15 years and have a wealth of experience in both commercial and domestic sectors.

Our aim is to overcome any issues before they arise, by acting as the bridge between design team and client.

BUILD

We undertake Structural works, Joinery, Plumbing, Roofing, Residential Fire Sprinkler systems and even Air conditioning! For everything else we have a team of trusted, reliable sub-contractors and network of experienced professionals who regularly support and advise.

REFURB

We have high standards and oversee all works with a keen eye. Our job is to ensure those standards are met and that the project runs smoothly. We are the strings that pull everything together, enabling the separate parts to work together….in synergy.

We have extremely high standards and oversee all works with a keen eye. Our workmanship is second to none, and is carried out by our trusted team of experienced tradesmen. Everyone works hard to guarantee our high standards continue to be met.
Our aim is to ensure all aspects of your project runs smoothly and that we deliver a great job with every time – big or small. Good builders are hard to find, trust is the key to any relationship, and we aim to build this from the start.

Synergen has done 3 builds for yogalife over the last 3 years, all with there own challenges. However Christian... didn’t see any challenges he just came up with solutions and great ideas all the way through the build, he works like it’s his own project and gets just as much pride and satisfaction as I did when they where completed. I couldn’t recommend this company enough only down side is you have to listen to some of christain’s one liners from time to time but it’s worth itread more

Beyond building Christian has a diverse entrepreneurial perspective, his family own a successful furniture and interior design company and he has helped direct several companies covering wireless technology and point of sale with an international customer base.

His professional networking experience has helped establish a team of trusted and reliable sub-contractors covering all areas of home improvement and building development.
